By accessing and using AI Jewelry Model Studio (aijewelrymodel.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Licensing and Commercial Use Rights
Paid plans (Starter, Basic, Pro, Ultimate) and single top-up credit purchases authorize watermark-free downloads. You own the full commercial rights to publish these outputs on your Shopify store, Etsy shop, social media accounts, or print flyers.
3. Proprietary Design Safety
You warrant that you possess valid intellectual property or license authorization to upload jewelry images. We do not claim ownership over any uploaded jewelry designs.
4. AI Limitations & Review
AI outputs are generated algorithmically. Users must inspect all details (metal tone, gemstones, proportions) carefully before utilizing them commercially. The platform is not responsible for discrepancies between AI images and real product sizes.
