Q:Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
Yes, unused subscription credits roll over to the next billing cycle as long as your subscription remains active. One-time top-up credits never expire and roll over indefinitely.
Q:What is your fail-safe credit refund guarantee?
If a generation task fails to complete due to system timeouts, network failures, or custom content filters, the credits allocated for that task are automatically and instantly returned to your user balance. We only charge for successful completions.
Q:Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Yes. We offer one-time credit top-up bundles that never expire. These are perfect for occasional users or supplementing your subscription credits during busy seasons.
Q:Do you offer refunds on subscriptions?
