Refund & Fail-Safe Policy

1. Fail-Safe Credit Return (Automatic)

If an image generation task fails (due to provider timeouts, network errors, or moderation blocks before rendering), credits reserved for that task are automatically refunded to your credit balance immediately.

2. Subscription Refunds

Because AI generation incurs high GPU costs, we cannot issue refunds for plans where credits have already been partially or fully spent. However, if you purchase a plan by mistake and have spent 0 credits, contact support within 7 days for a full refund.

3. One-Time Credit Top-Ups

One-time credit top-up packages ($9.99 for 700 credits) are non-refundable once any credits from that pack are consumed.
